You mean the crucial calibration dayz? mannn tbh i cant remember :D well, probably used my high impact heroes during dat time, probably the old bs and old sb, and averaging 5 KDAs per game i think :]

Dont abandon a lot like I did, had more than 20% abandon during calibration...ranked in "normal' hell bracket
Cool mine i used Abaddon got calibrated 2.3k now at 2.7k.. Obviously i want to raise my mmr and looking for some tips from ^highskill players^ I knw mmr is just a number but i beleive i can only get better if i play with high level players which i can find in high match making rank pools ;)

unlike many people, im not a hero spammer so i play pretty much every hero
2.8k playing drow ranger and a variety.. i'm 3k now and spamming witch doctor to 7k.
I calibrated at around 3600 mmr solo. am 4.5k currently. didn't spam any hero in particular. my most played from 3.6 to 4 was probably a mix of weaver and prophet (both offlane) - slower meta at the time + lane supports sucking at 3k meant I could get away with weaver offlane and split push.
not sure how I got to 4.5. I don't think I played any hero in particular.
Calibrated at 3.625, played mostly Shadow Fiend and old Terrorblade. Later started Slark/Pudge and that's pretty much it.
3.7k now. -_-
i dont even remeber how high i calibrated mb 3k , i didnt care about mmr much back then until i found dotabuff. just played whatever i liked and now im at 4,4k. nowadays i suck at this game, so i basically grind by supporting w simple heros.
^well you gota admit it gets alot better when your mmr is higher..and yeah not until i descovered dotabuff but it also helped me alot..statistically of ofcourse :)
545 mmr as Zeus. Then i climbed a bit with Omni until 649 mmr and realized that ranked matches sucks for me. I wish i can be back to TBD after a while when you dont play ranked for a time
3051 played played wtv hero i felt like playing in calibration. Ranked matches are normal skill for me but solo que unranked are high skill. So weird lmao
well looking at my first 10 ranked games, I played TA and support heroes (aka what I used to win at the time) calibrated at 2.3k
4.2k now tho
Storm during the metta period, started at 3.4k dropped to 2.75k then got back to 3.2 with storm :D
Cal to 2k, spammed axe undying and brew to 3.3 then undy only to 3.8
I used undy be4 he was op
When i finished calibrating, i didn't even know i could go negative! I fucking made my way out of Purgatory and into 3.5 k
calibrated at 2,7 and playing mid heroes until now 3,9. Dude let me tell you, 3-4K is actually HELL :D
