Afaik, there are almost no south african ranked games played. There are never enough people queing for it, and there were complaints a while ago about it. Most people there que to EU servers afaik for ranked, or just play unranked apparently. Not sure if that has changed recently though.

I've spent around 10 hours searching for a South African ranked game for the past few days, I've yet to find one. I'm quite curious as to how often a ranked south african game is played and at what skill (if they are played at all).
