Clock is already a top tier hero though, so he's already a really good offlaner in the meta, he might get a slight rebalance.
C'mon, all of that wasalready been abused on Ti2-3 and before, it's not like its something new.
You could always block camps with rocket flair, or at least for as long as I have been playing. It isn't a reborn glitch or anything like that.
Most skills that give vision can block camps. Powershot does it too.

When you're on radiant offlane shoot it at X:57 and dire offlane shoot it at X:56 near tier1 tower.
