I'm sure it will help most ppl out, it doesn't seem too difficult, and we probably won't see so many reposts like "what's my mmr?" which has been answered over and over. I typically ignore the posts where people complain or gloat, but the redundancy is getting a bit annoying.
Kinda due to the lack of organization for the forum, which is not necessarily a bad characteristic, people will naturally get salty having to read over the same post about a [relatively] stupid topic. Search would be a helpful tool for people to continue off of the threads related to similar topics, but which are not quite as popular as ones like "Ayyyy lmao" that continued on front page.
Also, that will help people who regularly use the forum to post a link to threads on a topic that's been answered.
Then I can search "nerf terrorblade" to find out who I actually dislike on this site xD
