My buddy is 4k mmr and plays on EU West, his queue time is around 15 minutes for solo and like 10 with me, this is clearly not normal.
Is he in hidden pool or some shit like that ? he never cheated never boosted his account and the guy doesnt even flame on chat so why would he be on the hidden pool ?
( this happened before reborn too )
