So it seems you need 2000 TP to get level 50 and you get about 60-100 TP per game depending on length so about 30-35ish games

I dunno, I could queue ranked at lvl 5 trophy. I think valve has forgotten to set the requirements for queuing ranked mmr.

nope. u can. queue before. if u already have many games in source 1.

i queued below 100games.

and did hero challenge 8 heroes.
