It could work if you put Exec then auto exec in your actual config. That way you wont need your Console to do the actual work.
...\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\game\dota\cfg
add in autoexec: con_enable 1

1 question: where should I copy my autoexec file in order to make it work for reborn?
1 problem: how can I open console in reborn? The hotkey froms ettings doesnt work, neither it worked when I changed it. What might be the problem?
