Often it's not a bad idea to build your brown boots into tranquil after you disassemble mana boots. It only costs 550 gold and you never have to go back to base to regeneration and you can keep the movement speed in team fights because often I don't right click with Zeus in big skirmishes.

I don't mean big plays and the like, but rather, when will tactics in the average pub games stop working?
For example, in low tier matches, simply doing ursa+wk lv1 rosh, rushing dagon, picking heroes like bloodseeker can get you a high winrate.
Even in better tier matches i.e. high-veryhigh skill matches, there are tactics that if you simply repeat it every single game, its bound to get you more wins than losses.
But is there a point where players in pub ranked games punishes most, if not all, of these tactics and renders them unviable?
