once uve played 1 tbd ranked match normal matches dont matter anymore, if that is what you are asking.

^skill, you have to play good in order to get high mmr.
your matches on a new account matter for your so-known hidden mmr which works in NMM and is used as basis for calibration of ranked - your first calibration game will be on the level of your hidden mmr. After that, hidden mmr won't affect "real" mmr in any way.
you mean my first match when i create dota 2 account is affects my mmr or all of my matches before i get lvl13?
Don't start playing ranked until you're confident you can pick the right hero often and help secure victory.
I never recovered from playing ranked way too early (as soon as I hit lvl 13) and I had practically just started playing DotA at that point.
