Performance guide: If performance bad, reduce graphics settings.
Mic guide: Plug the motherf*cker in and use push-to-talk or a high activation level so noone has to hear you gasping for breath.

It's a little perfomance guide, it's very basic but for some reason a lot of people didn't know about it. Guess people hate playing around with settings....
Also little mic fix for those with USB mics.
