I know there are matches won by his RNG alone (like that famous 6 minute match where I think he bashed a guy three times in a row under his own T1 tower and the other team just went GG), but isn't that something you DON'T want when the big bucks are in? Isn't that sort of a serious gamble? Or do you actually disregard the RNG and hope that his general utility will outweight whatever you get from RNG? Because I see people maxing charge first just to get the max reliable stun, which I think is a good idea.

How come he was not picked in TI4 AT ALL, and he's all over TI5? What actually happened? In retrospect, shouldn't he have been good in Sniper/Troll era too, seeing as he's actually somewhat good at disabling and reaching those heroes? He's also ridiculously tanky, so he'd be able to tank out Jugg's damage early on as well. People used to argue that he's a bad competitive pick since he's too reliant on RNG, but somehow TI5 comes in and nobody cares about that.
