So, i get to pay around 700 Euros for downloading torrent (which i didnt where i shared my wifi and one retard girl who doesnt know how to proxy did) and i get billed for it after 2 years with Interest :) so, just use proxy while torrenting, and its simple if you dont use proxy, atleast stop your upload when downloading with torrents, the guys only try to catch the people who seed it, and not the one who downloads it.
For Anime, i watch it at animefreak.tv , its an okayish website where you find everything. otherwise just google your anime name and end it with : one piece watch online, and the first website should take you to where you want to go.
