for me the most helpful section was the Friends one. It was more of an interesting info than actually useful one, though.

use it to see your farm progress, timing for your items and compare it between games and people better than you. Then just adapt your gaming to that + -
I only use it to see hwo effective i am to shutting down people and their progress and shit like that, since thats my playstyle. I get shit anyway, i can afford having a lower farm/xp because my potential is still huge. This differs between hero lineup, players, etc so yeah there's a lot to analyze.
gpm/xpm plots also show when a lineup is better and shit after some point, with your knowledge of how the fight went on you can pinpoint what went wrong or if this happened because of some specific reason you could've fixed avoided, etc

My favourite thing about Plus is copy+pasting the chat into google translate afterwards and seeing what the russians said xD
I like seeing the LH at 10min for everyone at a match without downloading replay. And just see the item progressions of everyone throughout of the match.
The most useful plus feature is probably "matchups" to see what heroes you need to get better against or pay more attention to.
