Fury Swipes gives similar damage and helps with farming/roshing much more than Earthshock. I think Earthshock max last makes most sense

does anyone get more than a value point in earthshock in 6.84? seems weird to pick ursa if you're not going to max his early rosh potential.
It is but I just don't see why you would pick ursa if your plan wasn't to take an early rosh. Plenty of better choices otherwise.
Also, isn't earthshock a bit useless until you have blink? If your team already have stuns you don't need it and if they don't then unless you pick up an invis rune you're unlikely to get close enough to use it.

Seems like a buff to me for sure. I mean he farms slower/ can't push as much, but I think the pros heavily outweigh the cons.
