What if you're caught off guard? What if you manage to sneak up on a low life hero? Right click them to death?
Sorry, but Sucidie has 1k damage. Why the fuck wouldn't you level it up?
it's worth to get even if it did no damage since you can deny your enemy gold, xp and farming time wasted on ganking you.
The question is more about levelling it, since it falls off later when your enemy gets a little armour, and you'll probably want to save it defensively if you end up with a killstreak. It's pretty good at getting first blood though, but past laning phase (unless you're snowballing with a tusk) more stats for mana and health is pretty nice.
