Actually SEA is one of the most unskilled regions. EU and China are probably the most as even Valve claim this
@BaxteR As someone who has played in both SEA and China server in 5k+ for a long time I can tell you the skill difference is minimal, the main thing making SEA server bad is players' attitude.
Eu West is definitely better if you're very high mmr, games actually resemble something competitive instead of afk farming fests where nobody ever uses spells
At least 70% of 6k and 7k NA players are mid players (or play mid in most of their matches), whereas on EU you actually see people support or playing position 4 at 6k
SEA is really weird because I feel the players have very good mechanics but terrible attitudes and then play like they don't give a shit or get mad if you jack their role/insist on playing positions 1 and 2, which degrades the quality of games. I would never queue there again unless playing with Zenoth's friends LOL

nah, my friend (sea) going to eu for work and his mmr is 3k. he working at eu for 4 months and when he has a time he play ranked in eu server, and u know what? he said eu ranked so ez its like 2k gaming. so we can said that 4k eu = 3k sea. as my friend now up his mmr until 3.6k in eu server.
but if u said 6k eu or more high or whatever, sure they already a good player
