I dislike this because phase already had a smaller winrate according to dotabuff...

I guess heroes that use phase boots deserved this tiny nerf aswell but...

Anyway I started playing Lifestealer with PT instead of Phase...

I haven't even noticed it. It's pretty small, if you spam it every time it's off cd it's uptime was 50% and it increased movement overall by 8%. 3.6 seconds now is a 10% nerf, so you're losing .8% move speed if you spam it. On someone who's at like 410 that's like 3.5 ms. Not very much and probably not noticeable because phase is more used for chasing down people and phasing through creeps/players, very crucial aspect. You can blocked as a melee without. Usually the 3.6 seconds is enough.

And the tread boost was so minimal too, 1 more stat. Haven't noticed either nor switched my preferences.

phase didn't diserved a nerf, compare to tranquil boot.

Tread needed a much bigger buff (at least for agi part, and mb for int also)

Yes I agree Phase didn't deserve a nerf, since they nerfed all the Phase users.
Pt used to give more agi and int before, but it was changed.

PT is now most expensive, I think we should be allowed to de-assemble them or something, or maybe Gloves of Haste should cost 450..?

PT attack speed now carried onto illusions. Kappa

At first i thought it was a big deal, then when i used it, i could barely notice the difference, and that's only cause i was TRYING to notice the difference, now the only thing i notice is how the price is cheaper, and i love it.

PT buff's kinda nice since I tend to get it on supports like Oracle once in a while
