I think if you use it enough it just gets removed. (this is only what i think, didn't read/see anything about it)
Lol chech steamsupport. You have to buy a game/ getting a gift. So if you have a gift card game kn your main just sent it to your alt acc. And you should have all rights reserved
^no can do, i bought a game worth around 1-2 dollar. And yes, still limited. Apparently you have to buy something worth 5 dollar, and not a gift. CMIIW.
They changed it a couple months ago, now you must spend $5 on stuff or add $5 to your steam wallet. Gifts don't count.
