To win, you must play better than everybody, to play better than yourself in your last match. That is whay mmr shows, how good of a player you are. To win, you must consider the little things. Remember not taking the haste rune at minute 8, leaving it to the enemy's TA getting a double kill? Remmember not making a stack before pulling, or doing a single pull instead of a double pull? Remember how Rubick got away at 24 HP just because you didnt auto atack - move, auto atack - move? Little things matter when wining!
