Bloodseeker for sure, that guy is just a fucking stupid hero.
Spirit breaker is annoying as shit too, if you are a support and ever go into a lane alone, charged, ulted, dead. It's retarded. Even if you aren't alone he'll suicide kill you.
Pugna if I'm a caster. Every play pugna as skywrath? What a douchey pick. Like seriously, you pick sky and next pick is pugna it's like a giant middle finger from other team. Well EFF YOU TOO!
To a lesser extent jug because his ult is really dumb. He might be totally out of position but just happen to run headlong into you 1v1 and you will die even if you are way ahead in farm.

I can only think of Slark and Storm Spirit at the moment.
But really, anything that targets supports first, because duh, look at my most played heroes.
Bloodseeker just because I've always hated any hero that any mouth breather can go to jungle and have success on.
Aka I used to really hate furion players.

I have NO problem dealing with him, but i ALWAYS fear for my garbage team mates, they can NEVER handle him, and never carry TP's either, he makes my carry job much harder is basically what i'm saying .-. He's being used more as of late too. I miss Pre 6.83 when there wasn't nearly as many Slark pickers either, for the first time ever, i have been seeing just how cheap this hero is from the recieving end. It's funny cause he's my favorite hero, and i knew how crazy good he was, cause i'm usually good at seeing who's good or not each patch, but damn, this hero is pretty cheap. Now i feel bad picking him. :(
Techies is actually number one for me, he takes me out of my comfort zone, and makes the game less fun for both teams. The game becomes too defensive, so my team can't push even if we are winning, and the techies's team is bored as fuck cause nothings happening, no action what so ever, even if they don't want to admit it. Only the techies player has fun, and has some laughs.

techies (although I rarely lose against him, but spending thousands on sentries and gem while being paranoid of going in jungle really sucks)

sven (always gets freefarm and 1v5)
and slark (goes like 0-10 and ends game 30-10).
Bloodseeker. always somehow becomes 5-0 10mins in with a blademail from other lanes and just runs at me with the movespeed of a haste rune 24/7 somehow
Omniknight and meepo . seriusly omniknight skill is just insane. 360 heal + 360 pure damage aoe early game? totally fucked up

2 Silencer (I'm a teamfighter and love spamming spells)
3 Storm Spirit (If out of control)
4 Oracle (Dagon gimmick annoying as f, and overall annoying hero)
5 Necrophos (Just a stupid press R to cancel buyback hero)

Everything else I can deal with. Those are just annoying heroes for me to play against, even if I'm winning.
Oracle used to be god-awful to play against, but I find the immunity far more tolerable than invisible units that attack and cast.
I've always hated playing against bloodseekers and this meta doesnt help much with that. Also bristleback is still the most broken pub hero but it'll take till someone spams him to 6k for everyone to follow suit
worst one - it's just sad and painful when you lose to storm beacause you have no disables or because people are getting picked off alone
riki / bh are a pain in the ass when they are not showing on the map, they could be right on top of you or you know.. behind you

Weaver, because fuck hero that evades both sentries and dust, gotta get gem for that bitch and he's gonna solo kill you anyway if you're a support
1) Storm
Becomes too mobile (hard to properly lockdown) if he's not ganked sufficiently and/or my team doesnt have the right picks to fight him, which happens a lot in my mmr bracket.
2) Phantom Lancer
Again, too much snowball = hard to stop, even with aoe heroes.
3) Meepo
High skill cap and thus rarely face him, so when i do, it's a fking nightmare.
4) Face rush heroes (tempo controllers)
Heroes like bb, tusk, slardar, undying. They dont need a high amount of levels/items to come online, so when they do, it becomes a huge pain stopping them when they are easily diving towers / breaching high ground.
BH, Track movespeed is insanely fucking annoying. Also most braindead teamfight heroes because in pubs people seriously don't have any idea on how to play against it.
Techies, Undying, Earth Spirit should just be removed from the game and take their annoying spammers with them.

How has nobody said viper yet! Whenever I see viper he always wins and goes something like 20-4.
ez gg : Storm( every single game against him, my teammate will lose mid vs this guy/will feed him/ rest of tim feed him, and then he just snowballs out of control), PL if he gets free farming/feeded in lane. At around 10-15 min i can tell if we are gonna win/lose hust by looking at this guy inventory&level
ez 25 MMR : Meepo. The pub can't even handle me right now
