Considering the people he gets matched up with in ranked games, it seems plausible for him to be somehwere in the mid 5k bracket.

Whether someone boosted his account or he grinded mmr himself is another case though.
EDIT: This is half a year ago, he might've worked his way down to a lower mmr, hence the private profile
