you gain it by winning, obtaining high KDA ratio and dealing high Hero Damage relatively to your teammates. these 3 factors are the most important ones.
Also the role you are playing is taken into account, so dealing high HD as support counts for more.
In general, you should just play better.
not during the 10 calibration games. If you win 10/10 you can still land in 2k because that's your current skill level, where as a good player could land in 4k even though he lost 6 calibration games.
triple was hinting at calibration. always derailing the threads.
But even in normal games the first few are calibration games, so the same effects hit. Afterwards it should be the same actual MMR, that would explain why some people are in normal skill in normal games and high or very high in ranked.
And OP already calibrated at his skill level so you'd have to play and grind steadily.
according to the forum trolls here, the more random posts you make, the higher your mmr. look like x6, he has down syndrome but he is 2k mmr. much wow
