Compendium is for The International 2015 (I think is a ticket of sorts, never bought it)
Depends if you want to join ranked since level 13 is the minimum last I remember. Just finished my calibration matches for ranked.
What really does the advantage that we get from those compendium? and what we should do when we have it? for short..
There is no difference between going ranked now or later. However, you might either like RMM or not. If I were you, I would try ranked now and see whether it's more enjoyable or too toxic.
You won't gain more mmr if you wait (well, you will get a little bit higher ranking if you calibrate later, but you would have got this ranking just by playing in RMM and winning by this time anyways).
so i'll join ranked match later? and get bit higher rank? should i finish up my all hero challenge? then join that ranked match? im on 41 of 110 now..
Agree with Triple, strongly suggest trying it out and see if you feel like playing it.
If you do, then proceed to transition from normal to RMM, otherwise stick to the normal matches.
After the calibration you can still play RMM with friends when u don't feel like working thus improving your personal score or when u don't feel confident enough with a new hero for example.

If you are not very confident in your skills on some of the heroes and care about your rank, you'd better pass this hero challenge in NMM.
If you join RMM later, you will probably get a bit higher rank, but it would be a bit higher than now if you start plsying rmm now as well. Why? Because you will just get better as time goes (probably), and mmr represents your skill quite accurately.
However, I think you will progress a bit faster playing RMM comparing to NMM because
-you will see your progress (ranking) and it will motivate you
-competitive environment gives a greater opportunity to improve your skill, and rmm is better than nmm in these terms
But you should take into account that NMM is way more relaxed, people there are less anxious, etc. So your choice should just depend on what you enjoy most in this game - feeling relaxed or competing with others plus improving.

One more thing. I do not really know about how to use the item got from the level box. (Name Tag, Inscribed Kills, Inscribed Victories, Description Tools, Inscribed Artificer Hammer, Inscribed Wards Placed). Is there any guide on using it? Please give me link or tell me.

Hey dota players! I just wanna ask your opinion. I'm just got dota 2 level 14. Should I join ranked match now or on other level? What is that level? And one more thing. Should I buy the compendium? If yes which one? Just level 1 compendium or just straight level 50?
