100% Uptime on illus, lower cd for manta is nice too.
Along with some hp, and removes any mana issues you might have.
(Your illu cd becomes the same as illu duration)

I don't think it's worth it. Naga already farms fast enough, and it's a 6k item which means a Bfly Skadi Heart abd you are gonna sell that thing for sure.
You keep octarine in the courier and change it for whatever whenever you use your spells. Cmon Sam, you knew that 
Only if you are 6 slotted and that late into the game Naga doesn't need that to win anyway.
I think main reason is that damage from Radiance heals Naga if she has Octarine (and it heals her illusions too).
Also cooldown reduction on Manta Style and Travel Boots helps to farm all map.
the heal is not the main reason, that's just an extra bonus. the main reason is more illusion spam.
Idk I'm with Sam, never tried it but is having a bit more of illusion uptime really better than a big item like butterfly, heart?
