same here, I bought plus like 6 hours ago and got pretty confused when truesight got stuck on "Analyzing" for 3 hours :\

same here, got about 5 games that are stuck on analyzing. The day before, dotabuff had trouble downloading the reply, yet it would download fine in the game client.

Been down for like 3 days it seems

can any staff respond to this issue?

Yeah one of my games has been analysing for 17 hours. Even if they fix it I imagine they'll have a bit of a backlog unfortunately.
