I don't think I would call him broken. So he has high armour, get armour reduction heroes. If you get zoned out find farm by other means or request a lane rotation for a hero that is better suited in your liane. Get armour reducing items. Get your support to pull creeps. Pick up a silencer to remove his mana pool that would reduce his range and get back in exp range. He is a bastard but not impossible.

Come on, just because he is a strong laner doesn't mean he is OP. His stun is still very short without a multicast and he can't do much else in a teamfight and lacks AoE. And he is still melee.

He's pretty op for first 10 minutes but if you don't get aghs on him he sucks balls after 20 mins. And yes, it is hard to farm aghs when people keep trying to 5th slot him and cry about wards and couriers. Also bkb pretty much nullifies him.
