1. You didn't get ddosed the servers went down, why would someone bother ddos'ing you? Look at the previous game where it crashed as well.
2. Your friend lost rank cause he is a probably a mid-high 4K player who queued with normal skill people which has long since been established lowers your hero score regardless of outcome.

they cant even flood game without droping themselves from game and get dc too
its dota 2 not Wc3 Battle net... there u flooded game with orders using injectors and .dlls and crashed enemies on ladder games and get wins / stats..
Well I still don't see why the game was recorded, or why none of them disconnected. The average mmr of the party was around 4.8k, so that shouldn't be the problem

Playing a game with some friends, and we started doing well and getting some kills. All of a sudden, we all start lagging and all disconnect at the same time. Even though we were only gone for like 5 seconds, the game ended, stats recorded, we got a loss. My friend dropped from rank 77 slark to 80 too.....
tldr: got ddosed by a chinese 5 stack
