I feel linkins is pretty awful on her, very mediorce stats for price, it's a defensive item and medusa needs farming items early. People overrate the mana regen imo thinking it makes them like invincible or something.
There's nothing wrong with dominator if you're going to stack. But mask is a better farming item and I want my quick yasha too! Stacking ancients kind of sucks it it takes you a minute to clear them.
you will die way too fast, too little mana, mask take too much dmg single nuke and ur half hp, i know cuz i done it. and just spirit breaker ult and that was death, ohh no the ult, u will di before it goes off as soon a they see mask of madness.
sometimes that 1 min bkb can be pretty good, and you have to tink about that extra gold you got - 800 was worth u getting nuked or dominator that given u dmg armor and somewhat close gold. not saing mask is always bad, its goon on her a lot of times, sometimes fucks u up when u have no mana after jungling with mask and bounty hunter or some unseen gank comes.
YNIT don't turn mana shield on when you are jungleing unless you are super low on hp and going back to base any way. if you are sitting around with half hP and no mana when there is a BH on the other team you are just asking to die, MoM active or not.
also keep In mind that mana shield blocks BEFORE the damage amplification from MoM, so MoM only makes dusa take 12% more damage instead of 30%.
@ OP I tried a bunch of AFK farming in empty/bot games a wile back with a HoD dusa, it was a lot slower then MoM, maelstrom or yasha(its better then Midas though) and that was in empty games where no one was spawn blocking the ancients. satanic wouldn't be good on dusa anyway since half your EHP comes from mana not HP and the life steal only works on your main target so it will be only 80% of what it would be on another hero. if your looking to be tankyer it would be better to just make a butterfly or Eye, even if its your second eye/butter. also linkesn's isn't a must on her its only worth making if the other team has multiple heroes like beast master and lina who have no way of braking it other then with long cool down high power spells.

guys guys, there is no right item build that alwaysworks, there are many good once they have ups and downs.
YNIT activating MoM every time it is off cool down is 25 mana every 25 seconds or 1 mana per second, this is lower then your base regain + regain from INT by the time you are going to be spamming it, so it will make your mana regain slower but it wont actualy eat through it.

If you're going Mom, you're supposed to skip Linken's or Manta (whichever toy were planning to get), you can still go for Yasha though. HOTD is plain bad on Medusa.
