in your bracket he is still viable as jungler

lets say in a 4k bracket.. do you still consider it viable?

He's still viable lol. Firefly can kill stacked jungle creeps for fast core items.

even if the sticky napalm has been nerf?

The reason why he's nerfed is because he's too good.

As long as you can get his core items fast it should be fine.

I doubt that he's not viable even after all the nerfs

in 4k bracket it depends, if the enemyteam picks like braindead monkeys then they will probably play like that aswell, that's when you can do it. If you see decent picks, like 2 roaming supports and stuff don't do it.
