techies players doesn't feel the need, the dummy you had in your game had the need to or whatever you call it.
You shouldn't generalize some bad shit that happens in your games towards all techies players, that's plain unintelligent and rather retarded.

He put the mines in the magic spot on the Radiant Side and it blocked 2 camps for the entire game. Why do techies players feel the need to do this.
