MMR is cool, but it is very subjective and unfair. High impact hero are rewarded while supports suffer. I think Dotabuff's hero score is a little bit more accurate than MMR. Don't take the numbers too seriously.

I know what you're trying to say bu dotabuffs hero score is also dependend by KDA. I play as meepo to destroy building and towers (at least most of the time) as that is what wins you the game... not kills.
So what I am trying to say is that hero score is not as accurate.
"while supports suffer" I beg to differ, supports suffer if you play greedy heroes then find yourself in a game where you have to support....this is where 99% of the QQ threads come from is players being on heroes they don't want cause everyone wants to fucking carry.
Highest I have been was 4975 playing just supports as I don't like playing carries in games where we already have 4.
Grim, that's far from true... feel free to check my last page (15 wins / 3 loses in solo que), needless to say the games are at the highest level of matchmaking. Besides a necro game that I went mid, all the games were on supps.
All the mirana games were based on a full supp/roaming strat, pre min 20 midas (usually around 15), often second most farmed after my team farmer.

it's probably the best situational item when you're a supporting/roaming mirana. relies on your game sense a lot, you gotta use it properly. pointless building a midas if all you do is fighting, thing people don't really seem to understand.
