Normal skill: You are shit at this game.
High skill: You are less shit at this game, but still shit.
Very high skill: You are shit at this game but you flame other people for your shittiness.
That applies to anything below 5k.
It's well known here in the forum (many people have confirmed this by checking their mmr when transitioning from bracket). Although normal skill is anything below 3.2k, not just 2.6-3.2k.
