Seven samurais - best movie ever made
Sanjuro - tottaly worth of watching
Ran - good movie, but way too long, almost 3 hours
The twilight samurai - not worries about name, great movie overall.
It was light entertainment but I feel they were torn between making it an emotional serious movie and some kind of fantasy adventure so it ended up just being a bit "what?".
Exactly. First you got some kind of monsters, then you get a band of samurais that wants revenge. K, America, fuck up great story.
On the other hand, it can be watched, but not with joy.

im basically obsessed with samurais, any samurai related movies out there? with good fights. I've watched pretty much every single movie of kurosawa but he enforces more a deep storyline rather than good fights
zatoichi was very good. 13 assassins also good. any suggestions?
