Well I mean he has a point, some guy getting 6k with broodmother spam and nothing else is probably not going to be the next RTZ or something.
To be fair...I like the idea of removing cd, cm, ap and replacing it with rd or just a modified ap with a 10 ban system. Would be nice to see different heroes more often than just after major pro tournaments/meta breaking patches.
I more or less agree with this. If you judge solely off that, you're not getting the full picture.
You find guys by looking at how they play, not their MMR. But still there is not a lot of places where you can find good players.

There's a few pro players that are 4k...brax is one off the top of my head.
lol yea, I specifically remember him because dota wouldn't allow him to queue with sneyking because he was more than 2k lower than him xD
sigh another one of those days where i play 10 games and go back and forth with 1 win/1 loss
i was matched with him in MM a while ago, likely borderline 5k.
F4L was like rank 5 or 6 last season in NEL and he's like 4600 MMR solo. If he sat down, didn't tilt, and grinded out like 50 games he would be 5k easily because he's equally as skilled or better than most 5000-5300 players I know. (I think he's a better player than I am and I'm 5000-5100)
I'm going to take the liberty to flame my own mmr group (5000-5200): Everyone with like 5.1/5.2k on my team today picked an imba hero in my games and you could easily tell they inflated their MMRs, 4.5k skilled in terms of moving around the map and shit. sigh
