Broods job is sometimes to get fucked up the ass. However at those times items at that time barely matter but item progression does. Going for midas or doing the Q build helps pressuring as well as farming when you cant approach the lane.

Bogi climbed with Brood so much lately, he sits at 4.7k and he's playing well most of the games. Have to see this replay tho, always nice to see noobs get rekt :D
He apreantly failed, but I asure you he plays best Broodmother.
Any time I see a Brood in my team I get in a bad mood because people suck with her.
Bogi almost always wins his offlane with Brood, even 3 lanes, even if he doesn't, he creates a lot of space for his team anyway.

Brood is a hero that attracts a lot of attention within a game and is hard to shut down. She used to be a first pick not because of her elusiveness but because of her giving a lot of room for the primary carry. (and in exchange sometimes getting none(therefor getting fucked)
To be honest there is almost no change because if someone organized ganks you, you are dead regardless of freepathing or not.

i played with bogi a long time ago and i ended up removing him because he was spamming in ally chat how my friend and i should trilane with potm + bane + venge ("STRONK COMBO") when i stated that it would be much easier to win if i played a core (mid/offlaner). my friend and i ended up supporting and then he was whining afterwards how their antimage was owning us and that was supposedly our fault despite 1) none of our cores having any farm 2) killing the am twice during lane phase. granted, the responsibility fell mostly on our 2 random allies who were complete garbage, but i saw that coming, which is why i said in the first place: "i should play mid/offlane"
i mean, how ridiculous to think people should pick what they feel like playing/want to win with! and for future reference (maybe he learned this lesson already) show some fucking courtesy if you're going to invite people whom you've never played with before, and also happen to have much higher mmr than you do
