IMO this is all about how good early game of a hero you play. And when early game is good, making Aquila will make it even better. If early game is bad - Aquilla won't change it. But that's just my opinion.
Hell yeah, it totally is worth the upgrade. +9 agility and so many more additions for merely 485 additional gold!

Is it worthed to upgrade to aquila?
I feel that is a wasted investment and should be invested somewhere else.
I know it's small thing that should just be ignored. But is it really worthed to upgrade to aquila?
