I believe that they are all situational. Euls, however, just became waaaay more useful in being able to cancel blinks. The others simply became better, but better in their respective situations.
I build Atos all the time when I can.
Amazing stats with an insane range low CD slow (that can be used as an escape)
Atos needs to deal damage to counter highly mobile heroes. Otherwise the item is fairly useless. A Force Staff would get you in range to try to stun heroes.

Anyone tried the buffed up Atos/Pipe/Euls? Are they more competetive with Force and ghost as far as utility goes? Atos in particular just keeps getting buffed and I love the damn thing
