what is scrub bracket?
2k-3k? phase/mom/armlet/bkb/daed/heart
3k-4k? phase/hotd/armlet/bkb/daed/satanic/skadi
prok? midas/phase/mom/blink ?
any boots, mek, sceptre, satanic, ac, mjolnir.
fs/blink dag if necessary.
Skadi is shit. Sceptre lifebreak=free skadi, bkb isn't that great as well if your job is to yolo, only useful if you're against chain disables and/or armour reduction lineups. As a 1/2 position, I would invest in multiple wands early mid just to have multiple burst heals even though the cd doesn't stack.
*I know the wand stack sounds stupid but its worth a shot
whut, can u have 3 wands with 15 charges and they dont share cd? I think im missing somethin
