I don't think so. They paused the game only because of twitch. I don't think it has anything to do with the dota patch.
Eh, if that is case, then sure they will just continue. But if it is due of patch, then prolly from begining. Also, what is score now? I had to study, so wasn't watching?

As soon as the new update (patch) came on, all of the Twitch games (including game 5 in progress between Fnatic and C9) just dissapeared.
Could this happen due to new patch and how funny would it be if they had to play decisive 5th game on new patch? :D
