if you're talking with regards to game mechanics then I'd say radiant cause they seem to have better heroes overall
if you're talking about lore then dire cause we have some nasty random shit there
Dire has Weaver, who controls the fabric of creation, Chaos Knight, who is the multidimensional incarnation of Entropy, and Faceless Void, who controls time.
So, seeing as Dire has three beings that are basically Gods and the Radiant have NONE, Dire wins.
AA isn't the most powerful thing in Dota lore. He might, according to lore-rumor, become really strong when the universe ends. This is not a useful power for waging a war *now*
:P

Actually, Radiant has KOTL who's the incarnation of Light and has the power to ignite suns, Elder Titan who's the creator himself and who says Rubick's not able to steal the fabrics of creation controlling deal from Weaver?
Still, Dire wins. They have better gods and rats.
Void isn't enywhere near "God" status. He's just a random dude from a dimension that floats aside from timeline. He can't control time, he can just partially ignore it.
But CK and Weaver are the real deal.

Dire has Enigma. He eats planets. So he eats the Dota planet and everyone but him dies. GG Enigma too fat now.
With regards to a 50v50 fight, the first heroes that come to mind are zeus and earthshaker. They're both radiant IIRC so gg boys
