N'aix still with Power Treads but no Daed as situational, Tranquils on Pudge?
No Armlet, Mjollnir, Satanic or MKB recs on Sven (As well as the fact that building BKB right after Treads on Sven is a bad idea); too much Vanguard on many heroes, no Daed or Deso on Weaver.
EDIT: Oh, and core Scepter on Viper?
Viper scepter is 100% core. It is where the majority of his damage and ability to team fight comes from.

Why anti-mage still vanguard core? :)) Aaaand...why PT core on n'aix? Aaaaaand, why drums + aganim core on Jug? I find the lack og dmg on Jug disturbing...
He has a built in crit, so you can afford to build sceptre early and still have reasonable dps! after which you build damage, and his BAT was reduced as well, making more attacks = more crits
Phase drums aghs Juggernaut is very standard and awesome! Bonus points if you get refresher and manage to get double ult off.
Phase , Blink and eul are now lina cores! that was my favorite build. always knew phase and eul is better than arcanes!
Finally they added Orchid to Storm Spirit's Core , or would u play with : a bottle , a magic wand & power treads on Storm?? I mean u need as much mana regen as possible & valve finally got it.

It changed a lot (if not all) the suggested item builds by valve..
Most noticable ones being BH no longer having battlefury as a suggested item..
And vanguard being replaced by mek on ranged heros, such as Viper or Razor :3
