would an item, that has an active which gives + dmg based on primary attributes to your team in a 600 aoe, be too overpowered?
would triple wraith bands that combine into 1 item (cause i was thinking it'd be built towards early-mid game, or at least relatively cheap/situational), also be overpowered or stupid?

it would give heroes like drow, riki and morph with some nice viability imo
perhaps too much LOL
I'd like to see a consumable item that you pop and it gives flying vision in an area around you - like dust, only without the "reveal invisible units" aspect.
