This used to be a more popular item. This is just my personal perspective but I rarely see it built now and almost exclusively by faceless void. Snipers seem to go butterfly and deso before mjollnir and no one else will touch it. I love it on dragon knight but most seem to get stuck just going armlet and bkb. I love it on mirana and np as well.
Idk maybe it's just me, you guys noticing people still build this? The lightning proc is insane if your hero is tanky enough to ignore other stats and isn't build around dmg items like bh/ta.
