i just kinda copy/paste whenever i'm waiting in cm mode if i see someone with something like this シ

how exactly does it work? and where are people getting them?

i think most people just copy them, but as far as i know it are chinese symbols, and they actually mean something, other things (like when you see a kind of weird shape that makes a gun) are from the build in "emoticons" which you can creat by Alt + (a serie of numers from the keyboard) so is Alt + 4,5,6 (typ than one after one) this: ╚ and so are there like 1000 of these
