the funny point is okay KotL carry sucks but he could have built it way better

IDK heres what happened....:
1. I say before the start "i want HC safe lane because im tired of supporting."
2. Friend says I wanna play carry KOTL mid.... we have a 3 stack.
3. Third guy says nothing so no plan while the 3 of us are queuing, except im going HC and hes going KOTL carry mid.
4. Instapick pudge happens "as usual" KOTL/PUDGE fight over mid in a girl slap fest I say just keep slapping him...
5. Cpt. Kirk goes bottom instead of assisting me top.
6. I'm alone in the safe lane. (BTW when does that happen? Solo safelane? Carry all alone? Absorbing XP? FUCK)
7. I have to counter push lanes past the 15 minute mark where no one is since I have brown boots and I try and get some kind of damage item. Went skadi and got it 35 min in.
8. I get 1 mana charge from KOTL.
9. Tell him if hes really going "CARRY KOTL" at least get INT items so he can right click people or increased attack speed. Does nothing of the sort.
10. GG. I shit in my hand and throw it at the screen.

Hmmm...I looked at his matches featuring only KotL, and it appears that either he's just trolling or it's a new thing for him. I saw a Daedalus a while back in his matches with KotL but that was it. I dunno, ask him why he goes carry with KotL and see what he says I suppose. Perhaps he felt as if he was the only one who could carry the team midway through the game and he lacked a good hero to do so.

don't play tb as a counter-pusher. early on you want to build sufficient stats to reach the point where one of his illusions can solo the hard camp, which will accelerate your farming speed through the roof.
Lane: PMS -> Boots -> Phase if lane has kill potential or is contested but still allows you to farm. If not keep as brown boots and turn it into BoTs later. -> Quelling Blade -> Aquila, push towers after you complete RoA -> Drums -> Manta -> Skadi -> Butterfly. Priority on Meta for this build.
Lane (eating shit): -> PMS -> Boots -> Quelling Blade -> ABANDON LANE AND RUN TO WOODS -> Double Wraith Bands -> Aquila -> Manta -> BoTs -> Skadi -> Butterfly Start maxing illusions once you leave the lane, forgo levels of Sunder earlier if you have to.

Both things Ill have to try. I've been doing the eye of skadi thing from a build that had good approval rating in game but doesn't seem to be working out. I have been seeing radiance quite a bit lately so that is one thing i've been wanting to try since I just realized radiance works on illusions... oops had no idea. oh well.
