Not worth it. the time before 1st creep wave is so valuable. use that time to do warding and secure jungle, or deploy side shop ambush for fb.
I had a game recently when we took roshan before 0:00, two of them still doing (counter) picking. lol

In AP theres always someone on the enemy team waiting for everyone to pick and then counterpicking. Even if he loses gold he will still do it. And i see why it can be worth it, losing 100 gold to hard counter one of the enemy heroes. So the question is, how do u deal with this and how much gold do you think is worth losing for not getting counter picked?
