lots of people in rio are having ping issues as well

because 1 year it wasn't like that, and this week is like that. i had double less than that. yes i'm crying, coz 99% are with 10 ms ping. even crying is good for this ping. and don't worry, i got pc on 18 years, i'm not any better than rio guys. this ping could be fixed, so pls help.

can someone help me ffs, i cant play dota for a month. i had trouble with my graphics on other game, although my graphic card is one of the best and there shoudn't be any game that doesn't support it even if everything is put into max. ok, so i was doing smth on my pc, i don't know what exactly, maybe reinstalling some graphic drivers and shit... and the graphics in the other game didn't get any better. ok, don't despite that, even the ping in dota 2 doubled. before it was around 50-80 and now it is around 80-120. i cant fucking play with 4 seconds delay, being begginer like this. don't get me wrong i know a lot about computers, but i don't see any logics in my issue appearance. i'm trying many ways for solving it over a fucking month! my ping is just doubled. when i play on other region for example if my normal ping is 150 on that region, now is 300. if the normal is 300, now is 600. and it's not like that all the time, but for example half of the time or more. for example it's 70 and after 30 seconds is 140, and after 20 seconds it's 70 again and so on... if u can help me anyway i'll really appriciate it! JESUS!
