it averages out so just because you play with a 5k friend does not mean it is a 5k match...............

max fade bolt on rubick. depending on how level starved you are and the enemy line up you may need to skip futher points into telekinesis and focus on null field for team fights.

                                http://dota2.gamepedia.com/XP

the xp needed to go from level 11 to level 12 is 2200, which means prior to level 11, assuming 2 points in your ulti, you have 9 skill points to spend on Q,W or E. don't waste skill points because it'll be a while until you get level 12, especially as a support. assuming fade bolt is maxed, that leaves 5 skill points to split between lift and null field. if you put too many points into lift and you end up being underlevelled your team will end up suffering because of it.

lift is rather a weak scaling stun, only +0.25s per level, but 2-3-0-1 is generally better than 1-3-1-1 by level 6 since 5% magic resistance doesn't do much especially at low HP pools, but still leaves you to get 3 points at 8,9,10 for a free team cloak.

you probably shouldnt bother with drum on supports, too expensive. either go ghost scepter or stack bracers if you need hp. actives like ghost form, cyclone and push will save your life more than pure stats will.

                                ---

your lich build is crap, aghs is an incredibly expensive item for supports and in most cases it just increases damage of your ult (earthshaker, sand king, lich, venomancer etc), when veil is a cheaper option that does the same thing, as well as boosting your team's damage.

probably wasn't worth getting 2 points into frost armour at 7 and 8. one i can see for the slow, but not 2, especially as it delayed maxing your frost blast until 9. with the cooldown nerf to sacrifice more points should be put into it in order to deny the enemy of XP. 3 points into sac means you can use it once every creep wave with its 28s cooldown, at the same location, every time - meaning you can sac creeps out of enemy range.

                                ---

on venomancer, poison nova cannot deal lethal damage but the amplified damage from veil can be.

worst skill build ever. first point of wards at level 7, and 2 points into wards by 11 makes them food for the enemy at that point. maxing wards asap and having 325 HP when you're level 5 means they deal good damage, and also have so much HP they're not worth killing, or take alot of effort to do so.

sometimes you want to not get your ult at 6, for several reasons.
                                1. you might not need to use it
                                2. you wont have the mana to use it
                                3. it means you can put a 2nd point into Q or W and still max out wards asap. the 2nd point in Q and W scale the best percentage wise. Q total damage goes from 25 to 200 (increased by eightfold), and W goes from 30 to 90 (triple damage), and also applies to wards.

so you could go Q-W-E-E-E-W-E-R for example, which would give you good poison sting damage to you and your wards, and still max out wards by 7 for pushing. wards can be a big source of damage early game, and also the damage can be done at a longer range than Q or W, making it safer for you.

                                ---

void skill build is also crap. 1-3-1 gives you no damage or defensive capability, difference from 10% dodge and 20% dodge is barely noticable when your HP is only 700, percentage based abilities are more effective on higher numbers. even if you are having a shit lane, the best thing you can do is max time lock and try to get a comeback kill once you reach 6/7 because time lock bashes in chronosphere literally triple your damage at that stage of the game.
