this is kinda luck based. on the first try i got 90

someone else posted this not too long ago, i think i got 108 my first try then 114 my second. idk how the hell people get 180..
and @beldr90 of course youll do worse the first time.

i simply got way shorter words in the second try

Wish it used enter as skip instead of space. It would be way easier for me.

Jeeze that's hard. I did 90. I think typing faster than that is kind of pointless anyway though because you usually need more time to compose your thoughts. So unless you're a transcriber in a courtroom or something 50 wpm should be plenty.

I remember way back in the day when word processing programs were just becoming popular like early 90s my parents got this program called Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing for the pc so they could learn to type and they made us kids do it too. If you got over 30 wpm you were considered an expert lol. However I didn't really become a proficient typist until instant messaging blew up on AOL.

I can't get above 90 on MX Cherry Reds. I can do much better with MX Blues.

Tried the advanced test below the normal and got 84 words per minute with 2 incorrect after first try. I'm slow boat! :O Inspiring to do this test a few times now a day. Probably a good warm up before playing a game to knock the rust off. Good site! Will have my 7 year old practice with this thanks for the post!

Agreed I kept hitting enter instead of space, then was confused when the words went up a row instead of it going to the second row, then doing new words after that. Tried it several times oh well.
