EE and arteezy basically do it manually, similarly to how iceiceice manually micro's NP treants.

Try using select all other units, then send them somewhere, then shift click one of them in the list of illusions in the ability bar which should remove one illusion, and send the remaining ones somewhere else. Repeat as needed.

dota offers you a "control group" option. just bind them 2 by 2 or such to dig your needs

Control group - selects all illusions - Shift tab to individually select/move illusions (might be another key for you)

i do it manually. just click on each illusion and shift click to get it to the lane, then shift a-click to send it down the lane

Last time i checked, control groups get reset each time illusions are summoned, despite having keybinds.

I'm not sure why you guys are suggesting it to him when he already noted this in the OP.

If i remember correcly arka did a tutorial a couple of days ago with microing naga brood etc.
